Analyzing Students’ Opinion on E-Learning—Indian Students’ Perspective
摘要
Online education has become an indispensable part of the teaching-learning process during the pandemic. Due to the vast benefits of online learning, it can be continued further. The appropriateness of digital education depends on the students’ compassion and the available infrastructure. This research work aims to analyze the student’s perception of online learning. The data is collected from various discipline students across India and analyzed using descriptive statistics. It is revealed that most female students prefer online learning, even though they are less privileged to have smart devices and internet facilities. Postgraduate students prefer online learning over other educational groups. After having practical experience of almost two years in online learning, only 58% of students prefer it in the future. The government needs to take necessary actions to supply infrastructure to rural students, especially the unprivileged female students from rural and urban areas, to support online learning.
