Small Intestine Gastrointestinal Stromal Tumor Misdiagnosed as Gynecological Tumor
摘要
Due to the relatively fixed location of giant small intestinal GISTs, especially small intestine GIST in the pelvic cavity, which move poorly and adhere to the uterus and appendages, it is difficult to distinguish from gynecological tumors and is often misdiagnosed as ovarian tumors or uterine fibroids. Incorrect diagnosis and treatment may lead to iatrogenic dissemination of tumors, thereby affecting patient prognosis.
