Project Management

This chapter gives a detailed business flow of a renewable energy project along with the key stakeholders. It explains aspects starting from the stage of project conceptualization, moving to its feasibility, contracting cum financing and finally to the project commissioning stage. Discussions encompass project location, technology, size, business models (utility-PPA, open access, captive), financing terms and implementation models (EPC, in-house team). Basic structure of DPR and PPA have also been provided. Solar rooftop sector has also been discussed.
