Reflecting on Australia’s Current Legal System

In the dominant Western system, the ‘Rule of Law’ is arguably on the brink of entering a death spiral due to the numerous corruptive and corrosive factors that are prevailing in the system. The Australian legal system’s structural integrity is under attack and as a result, it has been dislocated and is at risk of tumbling over.
