摘要

The maintenance operation of the urban rail transit power supply system has the characteristics of high altitude, high voltage, and high risk, and the reverse gate operation is an important part of the maintenance operation of the urban rail transit power supply system. In this paper, we designed intelligent simulation equipment based on virtual reality linkage, which can transform high-altitude operations, high-voltage operations, and high-risk operations in the practical training of rail transit power supply into simulation-type professional skills training, and avoid safety risks. It can simulate the working state of the inverted gate device according to the user's instructions by adopting an Arduino controller. Meanwhile, it can simulate the construction of an operating environment consistent with the real space and put the disassembling and assembling of the high-cost power supply system components in the virtual simulation system by using three-dimensional virtual and simulation technology. Also, it can carry out the engineering design and line inspection in the virtual environment, avoiding site constraints. The results show that intelligent simulation equipment can meet the requirements of enterprise practice, improve the quality of practical training and teaching, and realize the integration of industry and education in the power supply industry.
