Online Monitoring System for Linear Motor Air Gap Based on Laser Displacement Sensor

With the development of the urban economy, more and more cities choose to open subway lines, and linear motor trains have received more and more attention because of their excellent performance. To realize the dynamic monitoring of the data of the train linear motor, this paper designs the online monitoring system of the subway linear motor based on the laser displacement sensor, including the design of the overall scheme of the system, the design of the system hardware and software system with the laser displacement sensor as the core, the hardware part of the system mainly includes several features of the car number recognition device, axle position sensor, laser displacement sensor; the software part mainly includes the hardware control unit, The hardware part of the system primarily consists of the hardware control unit, the data acquisition and processing unit, and the Web publishing unit. In addition, the raw data processing of air gaps based on the BRICH algorithm is also elaborated, including three stages data preprocessing, data clustering, and tooth data extraction. After the completion of the system design, the system is tested by the actual over-the-road data, and the results verify that the stability and accuracy of the system can meet the requirements of the index.
