Information Security Risk Assessment Approach for Train Control Center and Interlocking Integrated System Based on FUCOM-CRADIS

To evaluate the information security risk of train control center and interlocking integrated system (TIS) and construct the information security risk assessment index system of TIS, a risk assessment method of TIS based on FUCOM-CRADIS is proposed. By studying the information interaction process between TIS and other subsystems, the weight of information security risk assessment index of TIS is determined by full consistency method (FUCOM), and the risk value of system is evaluated by compromise ranking of alternatives from distance to ideal solution (CRADIS), which provides a quantitative analysis method for information security risk assessment of TIS. The results show that in the TIS, the risk value of the auxiliary maintenance unit module of the external centralized monitoring system is the largest. Specific protective measures should be taken to reduce the risk.
