Research and Application on Prognostics and Health Management Technology for Highspeed Train Traction System
摘要
The maintenance of high-speed train traction systems and their crucial components has always posed challenges within the rail transportation industry. The complexity of the repair and maintenance process is compounded by the lack of effective methods and tools for early warning. This article provides a systematic explanation of the technology's application key and proposes a method to develop a fault prediction and health management platform specifically for high-speed train traction systems operating under various conditions. The method takes into account the advantages and limitations of different warning approaches. By gathering and analyzing historical operational data, the platform enables early detection of potential issues in the traction system's critical components using diverse methods. The ultimate objective of establishing this comprehensive warning platform is to reduce the failure rate of high-speed train traction systems, offer guidance to maintenance personnel in their daily tasks, and enhance the maintainability of the system's components.
