摘要

Unexpected disturbances and disruptions always occur in metro systems, which can easily cause cancellations of train services. This paper introduces a new integrated optimization model for train timetable rescheduling with passenger demands under the circumstance of complete blockage situations. The purpose is to minimize the deviations of train services and the passenger waiting times. In particular, we formulate train dynamics, turnaround operations and passenger loading constraints based on metro lines. A mixed-integer nonlinear programming (MINLP) model is proposed to realize a performance balance between the timetable regularity, operational costs and passenger service level. Additionally, numerical experiments are implemented to demonstrate the validity of the proposed optimization model. The optimized train rescheduling strategies can effectively reduce train timetable deviations and passenger waiting times, contributing to the safe operation.
