A High Pulse Power and Efficiency Integrated Supercapacitor Energy Package
摘要
In order to improve the power density of the power system and provide power to various loads in a timely and efficient manner, it is particularly necessary to use supercapacitors as energy storage units. This article focuses on the research and integrated development of supercapacitors and bidirectional DC/DC converters under special operating conditions such as load changes in distributed power systems. Firstly, the capacitance of the supercapacitor was calculated and its monomer combination method was designed. Secondly, the bidirectional Buck/Boost circuit was analyzed, passive components such as inductors and capacitors were calculated and selected, and the driving circuit was analyzed. Thirdly, based on the charging and discharging characteristics of supercapacitors, an experimental prototype with a rated power of 2 kW and a pulse power of 10kW was built. The maximum efficiency under rated operating conditions was 96.53%, and the maximum efficiency under pulse operating conditions was 89.56%.
