A Low Switching Frequency Model Predictive Control for Surface-Mounted Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor Without Weight Factor
摘要
An improved low switching frequency model predictive control (MPC) strategy is proposed to improve the efficiency of the surface-mounted permanent magnet synchronous motor (SPMSM) drive system without weight factor. By evaluating the number of switch actions in the previous cycle, it is determined whether to add a constraint on the number of switch actions to the optimal vector selected in the next cycle to reduce the switching frequency of the inverter and improve SPMSM drive system efficiency. Compared to conventional multi-objective optimisation MPC strategies, the proposed strategy avoids complex weight factor design. Finally, the proposed strategy is implemented on the MATLAB simulation platform. The results show that the proposed strategy can effectively reduce the switching frequency of the inverter while ensuring the dynamic and static performance of SPMSM.
