Long Distance Two Terminal Power Supply Simulation Technology Based on RTLAB Hardware-in-The-Loop Simulation Platform
摘要
In order to accelerate the research and development process of the two terminal power supply control system for ultra-high-speed linear motors, a two-terminal power supply simulation system has been built by using the RTLAB Hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) simulation platform. Based on the operating characteristics of each equipment in the traction system, build a master-slave simulation platform by using the “CPU + FPGA” architecture and set different operating simulation time steps. The RTLAB simulation model has been compared with the Simpower model in the discrete environment to verify the accuracy of the RTLAB model. On the basis, the RTLAB platform is connected to a real traction control unit to complete normal operating conditions tests. The results indicate that the two terminal converters can stably output electrical energy according to the current distribution instructions issued by the control system. The simulation platform is important to the test and verification of the two terminal power supply control system.
