Application of Fault Prediction and Diagnosis Technology for Control System Based on HAL Matching Algorithm

With the increase of the complexity of the equipment system, the failure rate is also increasing, so how to quickly diagnose and predict the fault of the equipment and then eliminate the fault is an effective guarantee to maintain the smooth operation of the equipment. For the purpose of solving the problems of low fault location accuracy, slow speed and low fault prediction accuracy of expert system in the past, a inference machine based on HAL matching algorithm and a fault prediction method based on grey system and neural network were designed. The results show that this research improves the problems of too many matching nodes, slow speed and low accuracy of fault prediction by fault diagnosis inference machine. It provides effective support for quickly finding the fault cause of the equipment system and accurately locating the fault point, and also provides a means for fast fault prediction.
