Fault Diagnosis of Large-Scale Electromechanical Equipment Control System Based on HAL-Fault Tree Algorithm

With the development of industry, large-scale electro-mechanical equipment is put into use, but the complex structure and difficult principle of the control system increase the failure rate. In order to solve these problems effectively and overcome the difficulties of the traditional reliability evaluation model, this paper studies the reliability evaluation model of the large-scale electro-mechanical equipment control system, the dynamic reliability analysis based on HAL-fault tree and system data is implemented to improve the accuracy and effectiveness of fault diagnosis. In this paper, HAL-fault tree algorithm is proposed to establish rules for a large number of experimental data, and on this basis, fault classification of sample data is completed by using fault tree algorithm, the fault diagnosis of electro-mechanical equipment control system based on HAL-fault tree algorithm is realized. The algorithm not only improves the reliability of the equipment, but also reduces the computational complexity obviously, which provides a better direction for the optimization of maintenance.
