Numerical Simulation of Solid-Liquid Mixing Based on Fluent
摘要
Numerical simulation of solid-liquid mixing in a seven-stage staggered three-blade mixer using the fluid dynamics software Fluent. The sliding mesh model, RNG k-ɛ model and Euler model are used to study and calculate. The flow field characteristics and solid volume distribution of cement paste were analyzed. The conclusions suggest that: the number of mixing blade stages is increased to seven. The particle volume concentration reaches an equilibrium state. The mixer is an axial flow mixer. In the high-speed rotation of each stage around the blade there is a spin phenomenon. When the speed reaches 300–400 rpm, the powder volume concentration distribution does not change significantly at around 14%.
