Presentation of Engineering Geological Achievements in Digital Protection Project of Ancient Building Complexes in Gubeikou Village

Taking the digital protection project of ancient building complexes in Gubeikou Village—a traditional village in Miyun District—as an example, this paper introduces the informatization-based presentation of the engineering geological investigation and its achievements of the digital protection project of ancient building complexes in Gubeikou Village. Based on the collected original data and the engineering geological investigation results, we sort out and produce images (satellite image and aerial image), three-dimensional geological models, three-dimensional models of cultural relics, topographic maps, BIM model, investigation reports and other data, and develop an information-based presentation system of engineering geological investigation based on B/S structure on the GIS platform of unified geospatial reference and scale standard, with a view to facilitating the relevant administrative departments and cultural relics managers to comprehensively understand the engineering geology and ancient architectural relics of ancient building complexes in Gubeikou Village, and providing scientific data support for the protection of ancient architectural relics.
