Multi-authority Access Control Attribute Based Encryption with Anonymous Authentication for Maintaining Personal Health Record

摘要

Cloud Computing and its architecture provides a scalable computing. Processing of multiple requests and handling it with proper response time can be drawn using the cloud components. Cloud helps in multiple request handling and managing users’ data secure. A personal health record, also known as a PHR, is a patient-controlled medical record containing details about health and medical care. Unlike more common electronic medical records maintained by an organization (such as a hospital) that contain physician-entered information and billing information to support insurance claims, this is not tied to the patient’s medical history. The primary goal of PHR is to provide a complete and accurate overview of an individual’s medical history online. Patient-reported outcome data, lab results, information from devices such as wireless electronic scales, or passively collected from smartphones can all be included in PHR health information. This research paper develops a novel attribute-based encryption technique based on ECC to create fine-grained access control to medical data or resources. The recommended way to manage attributes and generate keys includes many attribute permissions. This reduces the overhead associated with a single authority in traditional CP-ABE systems. We also recommend outsourcing the decryption process to a user support company to ease the burden on end customers. This study provides formal security analysis and benchmarks to show how well the recommended strategies work. The results and conclusions show how effective the proposed plan is in comparison to other widely used programs.
