摘要

The cutting-edge technology and its application to gather, examine, and use data from diverse sources are necessary for data optimization for retail apparel. The empirical study looks at how customer satisfaction, security, reliability, convenience, trust, functionality, and behavioral intention toward online commerce interact. Security, reliability, convenience, trust, and functionality were used to gauge the quality of the service. Behavioral intention is measured by website revisit and word-of-mouth referrals. Additionally, the study investigates how 385 Indian internet customers’ satisfaction with service quality and behavioral intention interacts. Partial least square structural equation modeling was used to examine the causal relationship among variables. The study's conclusion confirms that customer satisfaction plays a significant role between the quality of the service provided and the customer's behavior and that e-service quality is a precursor to both.
