A Comparative Study: Fog and Cloud Computing

This study compared the fog computing paradigm with the conventional cloud computing paradigm in the context of the Internet of Things (IoT). To do this, the criteria and traits of fog computing and clustered fog computing are expressed quantitatively. As the number of connected devices grows, cloud-based platforms that offer real-time, low latency services prove to be a problem. In a suggested method study of clustering in fog nodes using IoT or devices is streamlined. The research suggested clustered fog, conventional fog, and traditional pall for power styles, quiescence, and storehouse capacity. The findings show a recommended solution that decreases the amount of information temporarily stored, reduces carbon monoxide emissions, and reduces the number of terrain switching. It adopts an environmentally friendly approach in contrast to traditional fog computing and the cloud.
