Disjunctive Languages
摘要
The main topics of this chapter is disjunctive decompositions of languages. A language is said to be disjunctive decomposable if it can be decomposed into a disjoint union of several disjunctive languages. In 1970–1980s, when the study of disjunctive languages was becoming more popular, many scholars developed in-depth researches on the disjunctive decompositions of languages. In this chapter, we first give a brief introduction to the theory of disjunctive languages, and then, give in detail some kinds of finite and infinite disjunctive decompositions of dense languages.
