Chest Pain
摘要
Acute chest pain is one of the most common reasons for visits to the hospital, particularly the emergency department (ED). The annual incidence of chest pain in the primary care population is approximately 15.5%, with 20–40% of patients having a lifetime complaint. The prevalence is high in the elderly population, with men predominating. Among the 1,869,010 chest pain patients recorded by the China Chest Pain Center in 2020, 647,472 patients (33.57%) had acute coronary syndrome (ACS), 498,705 patients (26.68%) had non-ACS cardiogenic chest pain, 27,957 patients (1.5%) had non-ACS vascular emergencies, and 714,876 patients (38.25%) had chest pain with other causes [1].
