Analysis of AI-Related Cases

As the AI application is more widespread and sophisticated, there is a spike in AI-related litigation and disputes. The judicial case analysis team of the Blue Book editorial department collected and analyzed AI-related judicial cases in China and other countries from June 2020 to June 2021 by searching such keywords as “AI, driverless driving, autonomous driving, face recognition”. Based on the above keywords, cases retrieved by the case analysis team concern AI in two aspects: first, the case subject concerns AI, mainly related to the industrial economy of AI; second, the case fact concerns AI, mainly related to the behaviors and events involving AI.
