Theoretical Research on AI and the Rule of Law

The purpose of conducting theoretical research on AI and the rule of law is to integrate the strengths of law, philosophy, management, sociology, and other related disciplines to establish a sound AI legal system, institutional system, and implementation system to guide, regulate, promote, and guarantee the safe reliable, controllable, healthy development of the AI industry. This part focuses on the time interval from January 2020 to December 2020 and analyzes the theoretical research on AI and the rule of law since 2020 from six aspects.
