Application of Public Policy in Judicial Review of Arbitration

As far as China is concerned, arbitral awards can be divided into domestic awards, foreign-related awards and foreign awards. Although there are public policy clauses in the abovementioned regulations on setting aside and nonenforcement of arbitral awards, there are few successful cases in which public policy is invoked.
