Study on the Reconstruction Technology of Karst Fall Column-Fault-Fracture Property in Gubei Coal Mine

The main threats to coal seam mining in North China are faults, trapped columns and fracture surges. The key scientific problems that need to be solved urgently are implied tectonics and property reconstruction. The hidden nature and complexity of karst tectonics in the Gubei Coal Mine determines the status quo that it is not easy to explore, especially the accurate exploration of small faults, tectonic fissures, and small trap columns. Based on the practice of hidden structure exploration and reconstruction project of Gubei Coal Mine, through the analysis of hydrogeological conditions of the coal mine, the processing layer of 2# trap column influence area is upper C33 lower ash, lower C39 ash, and the nature of 2# trap column-fault-fissure is reconstructed by adopting the method of double-layer grouting with straight layer support. The activation and deleterious properties were effectively changed, and two structural property reconstruction modes, single-layer reconstruction and double-layer reconstruction, were proposed. This paper further systematically analyzes the exploration and treatment process of 2# trap column and associated faults in the No. 1 coal seam mining area of Gubei Coal Mine, as well as the focuses of the exploration and treatment effect of regional over-support. The detection processing is effective. It establishes a new system of hidden tectonic exploration technology centered on three-dimensional seismic, vertical drilling technology and branch drilling technology. It can provide guarantee for safe and efficient mining of coal mines, and provide technical methods and theoretical support for the study of hidden tectonics in the North China Coalfield.
