Study on Prevention and Control of Water and Sand Inrush Disaster in Coal Seam Mining Under the Background of Soft Rock and Multi Coal Seam Superposition in Xinshanghai No. 1 Coal Mine
摘要
Xinshanghai No. 1 coal mine belongs to the superimposed area of soft rock and multi coal seams on the northwest edge of Maowusu Desert, located in the western edge of Ordos Basin. The geological and hydrogeological conditions are complex. The problem of roof water gushing and sand bursting seriously puzzles the mining of shallow coal seams. With the deepening of current coal mining depth, it is also faced with a series of problems of roof water and high-pressure floor water under soft rock conditions. Roof water inrush and sand burst of 111084 working face, 11·25 water inrush from bottom plate of No. 1 zone belt concealed inclined shaft, and so on have brought great economic losses and security threats. Therefore, based on the analysis of previous geological and hydrogeological exploration results and previous examples of water disasters, this paper focuses on the research on the stability of coal seam roof, the measured research on the development law of roof water diversion fracture zone, and the exploration and condition analysis of important aquifer in roof. On this basis, the risk assessment of water inrush from the roof is carried out, and the water prevention and control measures are formulated, which provides relevant basis for the safe mining of coal resources in the mine.
