Rehabilitation and Allied Health Therapies

The Rehabilitation-Allied Health Unit offers a multi-disciplinary service to enhance the condition of patients with impairments, disabilities, or handicaps. It includes physiotherapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, podiatry, audiology, and orthotics. The unit is situated on the ground floor and comprises various facilities like entrance, reception, examination rooms, therapy areas (e.g., electrotherapy, thermotherapy, massage therapy, laser therapy, traction, gymnasium), administrative rooms, and storage. The designer is tasked with creating suitable spaces, considering flooring, lighting, electricity, humidity, HVAC, ventilation, furniture, and electrical points for the rehabilitation area.
