Drawing from relevant literature and considering the specific research context within Viettel Post Vietnam, the author undertakes a research model comprising seven factors, including pricing, reliability, resource quality, information supply capability, service quality, responsiveness, and convenience. Using linear regression analysis, the author analyzes data collected from 260 surveys, which include business partner respondents and individual customers who utilize Viettel Post’s delivery services. The research results indicate that all seven factors from the research model significantly impact the competitive capabilities of Viettel Post Vietnam, with the independent variables explaining nearly 73% of the variance in the dependent variable, with reliability, responsiveness, and service quality being the most significant. Based on the research findings, the author proposes several managerial solutions and implications aimed at enhancing the competitive capabilities of Viettel Post Vietnam.
