摘要

Smart cities and sustainable development are the thrust of recent research across the globe. The sudden surge in the smart city missions with the most weighted outcomes is to improve people’s quality of life. Sustainable development and smart cities go hand in hand with building a better future and protecting life on Earth. There are two variables: One is population, which is a changing variable throughout the mission, and one is land, which is a fixed variable. It is critical to recognize the significance and untapped dimension of increasing its efficiency by incorporating it into the smart city mission while keeping the population in mind. The need for a smart city with a sustainable approach is essential as a conceptual framework with an empirical approach. This paper tracks the various parameters of land efficiency relating to the smart city mission elements, which will help to mitigate the various consequences of urban growth such as urban sprawl and urban decay.
