摘要

Herein, we report the successful preparation and structural properties of poly [(vinylidene fluoride)-(trifluoro ethylene)-(chlorofluoro ethylene)]-barium lanthanum titanate, P(VDF-TrFE-CTFE)-BLT, polymer-ceramic nanocomposite films by the solution casting method. BLT nanoparticles (NPs) were synthesized using a solvothermal synthesis route, and they were dispersed in P(VDF-TrFE-CTFE) by sonication. To form the nanocomposite films, P(VDF-TrFE-CTFE)(82vol.%) polymer powders were mixed with stoichiometric proportions of ceramic [(Ba(1-x)Lax)TiO3, x = 0.003, 0.006, 0.010-BLT-1, BLT-2, BLT-3] (18vol.%) NPs and dissolved in 10 ml of N, N-Dimethylformamide (DMF). The as-prepared NPs and polymer-ceramic nanocomposite films were characterized using X-ray diffraction (XRD), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), and Raman spectroscopy. The primary observations suggest that these polymer-ceramic nanocomposite films are potential candidate materials for capacitor applications.
