Study on the Stress–Strain Behaviour of Rubberized Textile Composite Used in Aerospace Applications
摘要
Composites find major application in aerospace area due to their numerous benefits. Rubberized textile composites hold an important hand in realizing lightweight and inflatable subsystems. Understanding the stress–strain behaviour of RTCs is essentially required to generate data for conducting structural analysis of articles such as inflatable habitat, structural test bladders, and inflatable aerodynamic decelerators. This paper deals with the modelling and validation of strain-strain behaviour of rubberized textile composite (RTC) in weft (transverse) direction under tensile loading.
