Implementation of the POCSO Act in Schools

When dealing with a child abuse the event in an occupied outpatient unit, a lot of us feel overburdened. Although the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 is officially in effect right now, it has many flaws that make it difficult to implement. This chapter illustrates the benefits of the Act while also reflecting on the moral and legal quandaries we frequently face in our daily work.
