Compensation of Load Sharing Error in Low Voltage DC Distribution System Using Common Load Regulation Scheme
摘要
The DC distribution system is a practical solution for fusing dependable power supply with renewable energy sources. System stability and equal load distribution are the main features of the DC distribution system. However, the nominal reference mismatch and the uneven cable resistance in the low voltage DC distribution system cause a trade-off between voltage control and load distribution. This study provides a unified compensation frame that employs a common load regulation scheme in the local controller for load-sharing error compensation. The information about the output current is shared through an RS485 low-bandwidth interface, and the average output current is created to reflect the state of the load. To demonstrate the efficiency of the system, its performance is tested and compared with the performance of the traditional output impedance programming technique through simulation.
