Fractional Order Control of Three-Phase Four-Wire Inverters Under Unbalanced and Nonlinear Load Conditions

In this paper, a novel control scheme is proposed to regulate the three-phase output line-to-neutral voltages of a three-phase split-capacitor inverter as an AC power supplies. First, the model of the system consisting of LC filter is obtained in the d–q–0 synchronous reference frame. Then, the fractional order control (FOC) is designed for control the output voltage of the three-phase split-capacitor inverters. The simulation using PSIM has been implemented, from which the proposed method gives the better performance than conventional PI method.
