Earth has more than 4000 natural minerals, including Fe-based minerals found at different layers subjected to varied pressure ranges and aging. This chapter overviews mantleMantle minerals and their high-pressure behavior probed through Mössbauer spectrometryMössbauer spectrometry. The phase analysis of crustal minerals, claysClay, and iron ores from the hyperfine parameters is presented.
