Power of Image-Based Digit Recognition with Machine Learning
摘要
Digit character recognition is recognizing and understanding written characters in images or scanned documents. This work often uses machine learning techniques such as SVM, KNN, and SNN to gain insights into large datasets of written examples of written characters. The purpose of the recognition process is to accurately convert images of written characters into digital representations that can be used for further processing or analysis. This technology is widely used in many applications such as OCR, signature recognition, and handwriting recognition. The main challenge in character recognition is developing an algorithm that can distinguish correct alphabets while resisting different patterns, sizes, and guidance. This is a challenge because the handwriting is different and there is often noise and distortion. The algorithm must be able to handle different types of input, such as scanned images, tablet typing, and camera images. One way to solve this problem is to use machine learning techniques such as Support Vector Machines (SVM), KNN, and Artificial Neural Networks (ANN). The main purpose of this research is to provide an efficient and effective way to write code numbers. It is worth noting that even today's models and ideas are powerful, the problem of writing is important in the field of research, and new ideas and methods are constantly being produced. The results in this article show that the K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN) achieves the highest accuracy of 97.1%.
