Financial Technology and Competitive Landscape in the Banking Industry of Bangladesh: An Exploratory Focus

Aim this study is to evaluate the potentiality of Fin-Tech—Financial Technology from perspective of banking industry. Several hypotheses are taken into account to explore the functioning of certain factors which play vital role in the alliance. A total of 200 samples have been collected from the survey from Bangladesh. SPSS Statistics 25 has been applied to analyze data from a plethora of dimensions. To test the reliability, Cronbach alpha is used. Plum ordinal regression model is applied to show the interplay between dependent and independent variables. Bottom line, this concept is proved worthy from the perspective of banks, FinTech companies and customers respectively.
