摘要

The Milk is the dietary liquid discharged by the mammary organ of well-evolved creatures like mammals. Milk of superior grade should have greater thickness and be free of adulterants. Milk is the most commonly purchased item by both local merchants and general stores. In order to increase yield and earn profit some milkmen and sales merchants add some adulterants, which may in turn influence the quality of milk. The use of contaminated milk causes many medical issues and is a major concern for the food industry. It has become a challenge to guarantee milk quality by assessing the type and extent to which various milk adulterants are added. In the present work, Arduino Uno microcontroller is used to achieve this task. All the sensors are joined to form a minimal and adaptable framework that breaks down and orders the nature of milk into various evaluations, with the yield shown on the LCD screen and IoT platform. This will help people running diaries and other milk-based industries to assess the quality of milk and save the general public from the adverse effects of consuming adulterated milk.
