摘要

The anatomical structure of the head and neck is intricate, encompassing a wide range of diseases across various clinical disciplines. Currently, research on head and neck imaging and artificial intelligence remains limited; however, its future development prospects are promising. In recent years, the application of head and neck radiomics combined with artificial intelligence technology has primarily focused on automating precise segmentation of lesions and anatomy in the head and neck region, as well as screening, diagnosing, differentiating common lesions, histological staging, and grading them accurately. Furthermore, it has also been employed for evaluating treatment efficacy and predicting prognosis. These endeavors hold great potential to furnish crucial information for personalized precision medicine while establishing a solid foundation for enhancing diagnostic accuracy and treatment outcomes.
