摘要

In recent years, with the in-depth application of artificial intelligence (AI) technology in medical imaging, a series of ethical issues have been discussed while promoting digital and intelligent transformation in this field. Technical flaws, algorithm bias, poor data quality, and other factors may contribute to the ethical risks of AI products in medical imaging, such as misdiagnosis, algorithm discrimination, privacy leakage, and damage to fairness. This is because the development of AI ethics, law, and supervision generally lags behind the technology itself. To reduce the likelihood of risk occurrences and to improve patient well-being, regulatory authorities, research and development (R&D) institutions, and healthcare facilities must implement focused preventative measures.
