Application of Artificial Intelligence in Ophthalmology
摘要
The eye has a rich and diverse histological structure, including the cornea, lens, and retinal vessels. Diagnosing many ocular diseases in clinical practice largely relies on ophthalmic auxiliary examinations, such as corneal confocal microscopy, anterior segment slit-lamp photography, fundus colour photography, fundus fluorescence angiography (FFA), and optical coherence tomography (OCT). Most of these are imaging examinations, and the large quantity of image data generated has also laid the foundation for training and constructing deep learning algorithms for ophthalmic artificial intelligence (AI).
