Cystic PPGL is rare, and clinical manifestations are often atypical. Clinicians have conducted more frequently diagnostic screenings for adrenal cystic mass due to the potential risks and possible serious consequences of preoperative missed PPGL. The number of patients diagnosed with cystic PPGL is gradually increasing.
