摘要

Extracellular vesicles (EVs) are fundamental small particles that act as molecular systems associated with physiological and disease states. The systems biology view of EVs provides a holistic picture of EVs released from different cell types. Network and spatial-temporal transition rules can facilitate the identification of novel targets for precise disruption, modulation, or production of EVs in different biological and medical scenarios. In this chapter, we introduce the integrated analyses of -omics data and future directions in the context of advances in -omics technologies.
