Accelerating Business Growth Through Technology-Based Venturing in Small-to-Medium Enterprises

Small-to-medium enterprises (SMEs) play a crucial role in driving economies worldwide, and their markets have become increasingly globalized in recent years. To maintain a competitive edge, SMEs need to enhance their capabilities in areas such as information technology, business process management, and customer relationship management. This study aims to assess the impact of technology-based venturing solutions on the Business Growth of SMEs in Malaysia. A quantitative approach was employed, surveying 346 participants to collect primary data. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) was used to analyze the direct effects. The findings indicate that adopting Incubators, Accelerators, and Venture Capital significantly and positively influences the Business Growth of SMEs. Proper referencing and interpreting techniques were employed to maintain the study's originality while utilizing secondary sources in adherence to academic standards. It is important to note that this study primarily focuses on the public sector, limiting the generalizability of the findings to other sectors. Furthermore, the study specifically focuses on Malaysia as the research context. This study aims to investigate the impact of technology-based venturing solutions on the business growth of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in Malaysia, a developing country.
