Design and Development of Manual Strip Twister Machine

This article aims to design a metal strip and bar twister machine that can be used to twist bars and metal strips in the maker's workshop for sliding grills. This project aims to create and build a portable twister. This machine can be used to twist steel strips into the desired curvature. Its size is extremely convenient for working from a portable location. It is entirely made of mild steel. It is also easy to transport and use anytime and anywhere. It makes it easier for humans to work and also requires less skills to operate the machine. We have designed a manually operated twister machine using a shaft, bearings, frame, and handle. The machine is manually operated therefore, our goal is to improve accuracy at an affordable cost without affecting the efficiency of twisting. This machine operates on a basic handle mechanism instead of a complex design. Because it is portable, it is able to be utilized in a small workshop or shop.
