Denomination of Dunhuang Manuscripts
摘要
Fragments or rags have taken a sizeable proportion of Dunhuang manuscripts, so do those who haven’t been denominated. Even relatively complete manuscripts tend to have no titles. Part of the manuscripts may have titles, while there are always discrepancies among these titles. Therefore, how to denominate the manuscripts is one of the prerequisites of cataloging and studies of Dunhuang manuscripts.
