Research and Exploration of Endoscopic Image Big Data Technology Serving Precision Medicine

According to the outline of the national precision medicine development plan, our research team is focused on promoting the application of big data technology to clinical diagnosis. We aim to explore a new paradigm of big data from endoscopic images for Smart HealthCare and build a strong data foundation to assist in endoscopic diagnosis and treatment. Our ultimate goal is to improve the accuracy of diagnosis and patient comfort to meet the growing demand for high-quality medical services. In this paper, we explain in detail the new endoscopic imaging technology, intelligent labeling method, and multi-modal fusion technology. We systematically review the development status of endoscopic image big data and introduce the current research situation and key technologies of the endoscopic image service platform. Finally, we propose the prospect of endoscopic image big data technology in the field of precision medicine.
