Opportunities, Challenges, and Development of Building Tumor Big Data Platforms in China

Globally, malignant tumor prevention and treatment are major challenges. Utilizing big data to study the pathogenic factors, main causes, and development trends of tumors can not only provide scientific basis for cancer prevention and treatment for Chinese people but also provide references for cancer prevention and treatment worldwide. In this article, we analyze the opportunities and challenges involved in the construction of tumor big data platforms and offer constructive suggestions for their future development. The project is expected to contribute to the overall construction level of China’s tumor big data platform.
