Establishment and Application of Regional Agricultural and Rural Data Asset-Based Management Mode

With the widespread popularization of big data concepts and technologies, data resources have become the core elements of digital agricultural rural construction, and data-intensive decision-making management has become the only way for regional digital economic development. Based on the theoretical analysis of data morphological evolution, data asset attributes and evidence-based data decision-making, this paper defines the business orientation of agricultural and rural data asset management, clarifies the function and architecture of regional agricultural and rural data platform construction, and constructs the business model of data asset management. Based on the core elements of problem, data and technology, this paper constructs four types of digital asset management models, namely, business digitalization, technology iteration, business panorama and decision-making intelligence. The study finally proposes that revitalizing agricultural and rural data assets requires cultivating big data decision-making consciousness, establishing demand-oriented data asset management ecology and methodology, and stimulating the effectiveness and vitality of regional agricultural and rural data “new infrastructure” project.
