The Construction and Application of Agricultural Information System for Black Soil Conservation Strategy

Facing the national strategy of black soil conservation, this paper designs a black soil agricultural information system based on information technology means, integrated application of Internet of Things technology, artificial intelligence technology, etc., for the purpose of black soil conservation and utilization, combined with agricultural production management process, based on business flow and production management driven approach, to provide specific business applications for different users to realize black soil conservation in planting and production. The information system has built a four-level hierarchical management system for plots, with farm regional grid units developing planting and rotation planning based on system recommendations; production team regional grid units specifically implementing farm planning; natural plot units being units of operational programs, with production teams carrying out operations as such; and minimal data units being units of data collection, analysis and decision making, and implementation of precise operations. At present, the system has pushed more than 100 suggestions with an accuracy rate of over 80%, and we will further improve the functions. Finally, this paper outlooks the application prospect of the business flow-driven black soil agricultural information system based on the business flow, with a view to providing reference for exploring a new model of black soil conservation and utilization in China.
